you must taper them and be ready for some sleepless nights but tapering the pills is a must, then supplement with the sleep formula with valarian root, melatonin, etc. They have everywhere and GNC has sale right now for them. Good luck, I will be trying same thing.
Do as much as you possibly can to get your self so tired you cant barely hold youb eyes open,when you do fall asleep it will probrably only be for a short time.I have been in your spot before,i use to stay up for weeks at a time time and when i decided to start taking sleeping pills,and after a while they no longer worked so i had no choice but to stop and figure out a way to get some kind of sleep so i would wear my self out until i couldnt go no more then i would sleep for a short time and as time went on i started getting more and more sleep.
what kind of sleeping pills are you on and how long have you been on them? If you can give us a little more info and some background it would help. There are lot of things you can do for sleep instead of taking the sleeping pills. Hope to hear from you soon.
