I am happy to hear this!!
I went to my first appointment. It wasn't too bad. I'm gonna try going every week for a while. Hopefully I'll be able to figure out why I want to use and hopefully learn better coping skills for stress and anxiety.
Therapy helped me tons, i go every 2 weeks. It has helped me learn alot about myself.
Therapy is very helpful. Working thru your emotions will allow you to be closer to God. Keep an open mind when you go.
