Does anyone know how I can get my addiction tracker to work?????...I have my one on there for clean days from methadone,  but my other one 4 the oxy, every time I click on oct1, BC that was my 1st clean day, its says click to add data, so I do & it does NOTHING!!!!...I want it 2 start counting my clean days, but it just wont work!!!...ughhhhhhhhhhh!!!!...I'm getting PISSED!!!...thanks guys!  XXOO :))

Get ahold of the mods.  Go to the bottom of the page and click on the "contact us".  In the meantime i am going to ask about this as this new tracker has been an issue.

Here is what i do...I click on the day and the tracker comes up..I click on consumption and add 0, then i click on the add on the bottom right hand corner and then i click on the x and it takes me out and adds 0 to my day.

Teri Did you turn back the Date like Sept then the day take it back a couple of more..Like if you put in 9-5-2013..Put in 9-3-2013..That will set you to 7 days..You can have more then 1 tracker..I have 2..lol

Well Vic, I give up f-it ...I went in again & actually put the date Oct 1, pushed the apply at the bottom & it still says 5days...I even logged completely off MH after 2 see when I went back on, that maybe it would be right, but nope, so screw it, I'm getting so mad I'm about 2 throw my phone...LOL...wtf, I NEVER get mad...I might yell at the boys once in a great while, but man this is crazy...I'm the BIGGEST B**CH u've ever seen!!...I'm really making myself SICK!!!...haha!!...guess its just part of the detox...hope it gets better soon!!...poor kids!!!...LOL...this girl ain't taking no $hit!!!..haha!!...thanks again Vic...love ya....

No go back down to the date and re set it back a few more days..This will make it right. I had to put a day back for it to equal out to what I really had..I guess it did not count the day I go clean but the next one. Not sure..Just make sure you go way down and save it..lol

OK Vic...thanks so much 4 helping me, but 4 some reason it didn't let me put a date...so it says I have 5clean days, when it should be 7...so I guess I'll just always remember I have 2 xtra days on there..hey maybe it knew I went 2 the ER & got that little shot of morphine on day 4 BC of that awful IC pain...haha...oh well...Vic, ur a doll so willing 2 help ALWAYS!!!...love u sweet girl!!! Teri I have been working with nini301 and she got into the settings..Try it again..Hit your Tacker see what comes up on the right..hit the Action up on right and then hit the tool Settings..It will all come up in a page there..Go down and check the boxes of what you used and then set your date on bottom..Go all the way down a save..OK..

Thanks guys, tried all that & NOTHING!!...my tracker was screwed up a month ago it said I had 0 clean days to m'done...so I sent Emily the moderator A PM, & after all this crap she went in & fixed it, so idk if maybe its screwed up again or what...all I know is I'm getting MAD!!!!...geez I am a BIG B**CH on this day 7..lol....even my boys r staying FAR AWAY!!!...well, anyway thanks 4 your help guys I'll PM Emily & see if she knows...love u all!  xxoo ;)

I think you hit the Tracker then it will go somewhere, where you will see in the right upper corner ACTIONS then you hit SETTINGS!!!

I don't have 2 going and can't remember how I got mine up to begin with. Sorry! :(  If no one knows how or you keep having problems, go post in the improve medhelp and suggestions forum. They will help.
