Hi..Great Job on 9 Days..Yes the sleep cycle will bounce back..It does take time for the Body & Brain to heal..I sleep a lot now that I have over 7 months but it took a while to get here..Just ride it out and like toothy said do not fight it..OK...

Sleep will definitely get better!  It takes more than 9 days though, unfortunately.  I wanted to sleep NOW when I went through it.  I didn't want to hear that it could take weeks or months!  It did take me a month or so to sleep like 4 straight hours, but I would still wake up some.  You'll gain your sleep back a little at a time!  It just seems like forever.  I totally understand you!

Try some Melatonin or a dose of Nyquil if you're desperate.  A warm bath will help too.  You're probably tired of them by now, but they DO help! :)

Good luck with your surgery!
