You sound so much better, great choice to go workout! I think I will follow your example and take short (but freezing) walk outside, clear the head...
i have also had this all my life....it is a terrible feeling..unfourtunitly i have to take a nerve pill when it gets really bad...But before i do that, meaning taking a pill which is only about 3 times a month...I do some breathing excersises...not the paper bag..lol
I inhale for a long 10 seconds then exhale for a long 10 seconds, i repeat it about 10 times...But very slowly, and think of a calming place....It really works..

I have found working out helps me also. I've been 2/2 this week!!!
I feel all achey in the morning, but once i workout the endorphins kick in and get me going and the pain goes away!

I'm gonna pull through!! Even was able to write a specification today. I went and put in a tough workout at lunch and that helped BIG TIME. There is no way around it - I've always been this way - even when i didn't use...I need to exercise for my mental health. I'm happier, more productive and generally much when I workout on a regular basis.

if you can, go into the john and do some deep breathing. count to 5 when you breath in, then 5 on the way out (slooow....) then 6, then 7, then 8.. up to 10. slow slow slow.
see if it helps. do it a few times if you have to... it helped me tremendously...

Calm down and take a deep breath...you can do this......if all else fails you can say you think you might be coming down with something!!! GOOD LUCK!
Stagger thats been one of my biggest problems. Deep breathing helps and relaxation,not easy to do at work. Good luck,sending the good vibes (((((((((((((()))))))))))))
