The hammer...

I keep waiting for the hammer to fall, this is day 4, body is very sore but no dt's yet I'm wondering if the worse is still yet to come?

and you were doing this for 3.5 year. usually after about 24 hour after your last drink you will start big time withdrawals,unless you have some type of med. to help.your doctor would know best. hey if it's been 4 days  ,count your blessings,just remember you may not be so lucky the next time.good for you and good luck.

drinking everyday for the last 3.5 years since I retired, beer at 3(4 or 5), then would hit the wine a couple bottles, or three, sometimes before the wine I would drink some jd or vodka but not all the time..  still smoking pot maybe thats it.  don't know, not in a good mood but thats about it.  taking some benedryl to sleep thats about it...lucky me i guess..

sounds like your DOCwas alcohol,give us a little more info. how much and how often.if your on day 4,from alcohol i dont understand why you haven't had any withdrawals.you mentioned  that you were expecting dt's.somethings working in your favor.this one is new  for me.something dosen't make sense
