Hello all, I have not posted my own question for a while, but I have been repling to some.
This weekend I went from 24 trams to 4 a day. And I feel like freight train just ran me down. I hate myself for trying so hard to control my adiction and tapering down, and then binging for any reason. So this weekend I took a big jump, and wow does this suck. I hate that my boys saw me this way all weekend, but I coldnt go on any more with this adiction. It is hell right now.
Has any one come off of tramadol, and how was it?

I came off trams too.  I know it there is a risk of seizure when going ct.  Sounds like a fast taper. avisg does know a lot about this.  It would be good for you to pm her.  I will be praying for you.  Good luck and good for you for deciding to get off those evil pills.  You will feel a whole lot better when you are clean....I promise!

thanks guys. I tapered this much cuz I was running out, and disided to get more, but I hope that with this dosage I can hang on for a while and make my body get used to it. I just hate that my family saw. I had to sleep in the guest bedroom cuz of all my tousing and turning, and of course the pool of sweat is'nt to romantic either....
I just have to keep myself busy. I am at work, but have not got much done. Just on this foram.

I quit ct from tamadol, 50 days ago today. Tapering just didn't work for me, i wanted them all! I used the thomas recipe, this forum, and the dr. put me on prozac. I was really depressed. Working out helps with the energy and depression.

I have used tramadol but was not addicted to it, but that does sound like a big jump of a taper..Why taper that much so fast ? are you running out or are you afraid of taper at smaller amounts?

You are not alone...Maybe you could start a taper with smaller amounts to decrease a week...Most tapers drop about 5mgs or so a week...no more than that....so maybe you should start a 20 a day for a week, than 15 or 16 a day for a week and so on..

like I said I have not w/d from tramadol..everything else but not that..so I hope some that has will post..
