I kind of did both..
My first few days of Physical WDs, I took Ativan (for about 3-4 days) and a bunch of supplements: Omega 3/6/9, St Johns Wort, L Tyrosine, B, and a good multi vitamin...
Now that the Physical WDs have subsided, I take 5 HTP, L Tyrosine, Mutli-Vitamin, B, Omega 3/6/9....The B and L Tyrosine helps with Energy and the 5-HTP helps with mood/anxiety/depression...Vitamins are good for overall well being...
Day 19, having good/bad days, but the good days are definitely outweighing the bad...
Are you going through WDs right now? For the Amino Fuel, you can try calling your GNC....
They are both different and I feel that both should be employed.....Thomas Recipe is much more for acute withdrawal while the amino acid ptotocaol helps replenish the "brain candy" that we depleted when using..............
And I never found an amino multi that I liked.....
Not going through super powered withdrawal but trying to shake the no energy/no motivation/constant sickness thing. Not the flu sick like feeling but the overall rundown not feeling so good thing. Thanks for your advice.
