Today is my 29th day
I am feeling better everday....guard is up and not coming down...pretty still emotional about all of the fall out. My family is standing by my side....I think it gets over whelming sometimes I am trying to make myself happy first. If you read yesterday post...I gave a brief detail of what I had been going through. . Any encouragement would be appreciated.
Every single day is a victory; congratulations! You have been through so much yet still sound strong. Putting yourself first is the very best thing you can do now; you deserve it! So good to hear that your family is supportive; I know personally how much of a positive difference this can make. Keep it up and the days will just keep adding up!
