Maybe you need to just do the essentials right now and let the dishes pile up, forget the laundry etc. If you have someone who can come and help out while you have the "flu" that would be great. You will slowly get your energy back but it will take a little while (Itll get better every day) the good news is your in the worst of it right now and it'll soon start to get better. Stay strong and keep posting!
The reality of things is that it's going to be crappy for awhile. The good news is that it does get better. We didn't get here in one day..so remember...easy does it.

Just keep putting one foot in front of the other .Tram wd is H ell but its doable .There is something called the amino acid protocol its in your right hand column .It has supplements that will help your body start to heal.Exercise of any type even walks help alot .Hang in there it does get better I promise .
