Tramadol weaning

I am down to three tramadal a week from 15 or so. I notice that on four and then dropping to three, I am just so very tired. The past two nights, I have been waking up with RLS in my left leg. So I got up about 2AM this morning and took a xanax. I am at work right now almost falling asleep. I can't stand it. I have clonidine. Does anyone know if I should have taken one of those and if they work for RLS?

yey...i thought the same thing....down to 3 a day is great...hang in there...lost say the clonidine was a life saver

I don't see how 3 pills a week are doing anything and could be prolonging it. Try no pills a week and take the clonidine or more benzos (for a short time) all the best

you are doing so well ,try the clondine tonight and see if it helps . you are almost there ...

Hey there!  Good to see you are posting.  You are doing great!  Try wrapping your leg in ace bandage too.  That helps with the RLS.  

You have done so well.  Be proud of yourself and know that it will get much better.

Clonodine does work for RLS.  It's great you are down to 3 from 15.  The tired feeling is just part of it.  Be careful with the xanax, I became addicted to that on top of opiates and it is really dangerous to come off of.  If you are only taking one a night though, and can keep it at that good for you, because it will help you sleep and also help the RLS.  Congratulations!
