Tramadol withdrawal help

I have been off of Vicodin for 16 days.  I have been taking 1 to 2 tramadol a day during this time.  I am having major moodswings and anxiety and severe pain.  I did not take the meds recreationally.  I took 3 7.5s for a year and now 1 to 2 50mg trams a day.  I was taking them for ruptured discs, compression fracture to disc among other things.  I had to quit because i started having a pain in my side and abdomen that may be endometriosis and I wanted to make sure it was not a symptom or ureter spasms from the vikes.  My problem is the mood swings are so severe and the pain is exacerbated to the 10th degree. I want to stop the trams so i know which pain is real and which is not.  Should i tell my doctor and get an anti depressant or just stop them and use the thomas recipe.  Im so confused because i am completely baffled that i would be having this bad of a time from 1 to 2 50mg tablets a day!  What do I do!  I have 4 kids i have to take care of.  I have also been honest with my husband.

what is endometriosis i also be taking 1-2 vicodins daily & cant stop now my tummy hurts & they say its a cyst
