i am taking hydromorph .....and want to get off them.....i am taking 24mg time release every 12 hours and 8mg fast acting  every 5 hours..does anybody know the best way to get off these things...do i start with getting off of the time released capsules first????...or the fast acting ???? how hard is this going to be?????

getting off of any drugs is hard but you can do this!!  Your life will be so much better!  Blessings.

first get off the needle then get off the short acting then the long acting
