i'm on 3mgs ahd haveing more problems now than when i was higher.i'm trying to keep it simple but everything is a major production.i'm thinking of vitamins. any sucsess out there with this i would appreciate any advice. thank all of you for being there and shrareing

hi I detoxed off 150 mg of the stuff ....the last little bit  is the hardest ....I took it all the way down to 1mg but was miserable tapering below 5mg.....my advise is to just jump and get a head start on your recovery my final withdrawal was no worst then tapering below 5mg 3 is low enough to jump...expect about 7 days of withdrawals with some symptoms lingering in to 2 weeks at least that was my experence with is....it different for everybody we just had a couple of girls come off it with just minor withdrawals you just wont know till you try good luck and God bless...Gnarly

are you in withdrawal,? have you tapered down, perhaps you could tell us more , its a bit quiet on here weekends. but you will get more responces soon,
