I am feeling better overall but I still have terrible restless legs at night.It is driving me crazy and affecting my sleep.Has anyone still experienced this after a month and is there anything that can help?Hot baths help but then it comes back.I know that there are certain drugs for this.I have to laugh at this one commercial for Mirapex for RLS.It says if you're taking this drug and have the urge to gamble,please notify your doctor.Yep,that's all I need...another addiction,lol.

I totally agree...That was the same with me...I know i would have slept if my legs would of cooperated...lol...Please let us know if this helps...Because so many have this problem...And someone else experience can help so many!!!

Thank you,I have gift certificates to a local spa and have had the hot stone massage before.Maybe I'll do that today.I have used epson salt for injuries but never thought about it for RLS.I think if I could just get past this I would be home free.

Have you tried wrapping them in ace bandages right after you get out of the tub??
or heating pads?  that does help alot..
LOL---I have laughed everytime i see that commerical...
Oh--i was reading on another forum...And someone was having RLS very bad even 1 month clean from opiates...SO her doctor told her to go get a deep tissue massage, but only on her legs muscles....Then go home and soak in eptson salt for 45 minutes to flush the toxins it will bring up to the skin from the massage....
She said it was a miracle..SO i just thought i would pass it on...
Wish i would have read that when i was going through it, because i would of tried anything.....

I have to laugh at those commercials too. The side affects are often worse than the original problem. lol  Like anxiety meds causing sudden anal leakage. Boy that would give me an axiety attack.lol  Sorry about your rls, it really should ease up soon. Can you get some Clonodine from your doctor. I found it helps with so many withdrawal symptoms.
