How long before I do not have cravings

Been taking Vic's for 3 years. Not a lot, maybe 4 or 5 a day. Weaned myself off and do not have physical pain but I would love a pill right now. How long does this stage last? I have zero energy.

Hi...
Agree with above!  Plus, Addiction to a substance doesn't necessarily mean you have to take it in mass quantites. I'll bet there isn't a single person in this forum that can't relate to how you're feeling right now. WIth maybe the exception of how extremely lucky you are to not have gone thru physical WD!!
How long have you been clean?

Agree with Gizzy,it's a life long fight, but as time goes by it gets easier.Like Gizzy said energy and sleep ,or lack there of,seem to linger the longest.Hang in there, everyday gets a little easier.....Goodluck....Kim

If your an addict, the mental part we have to fight for life, that is the disease of addiction, but it gets so so so much easier. When i first quit using, i craved non stop that first month, i was so frustrated, but as we heal those cravings do diminish a lot, but still pop up from time to time so we always have to keep our gaurd up.

How long have you been off them now? Don;'t give in. For most the energy and sleep are the last to come. Hang in there ok:)
