Is Xanax a anti-depressiant? I want to do the thomas recipe and i take 1...0.25 xanax at night for sleep ..never abused it...and never take more than 1 at night...dont take it during the day either...ty

Xanax is one of the most addicting benzo and you sure don't wanna have to get off of them. You can't stop it CT, you'll have to taper it off and that's he!!.Skip it, you don't need it.
There's no easy way to get clean, you'll have to go thru the wd's, the emotional roller coaster and the anxiety, it's part of it. Don't try to numb yourself you did this for too long already. Please reconsider

I dont remend you take ant addicting medcation to get of another even if you have not had problems in the past .You are so open to trade in one addiction for another right knowTake the recomended supplemts the ones you mentioned are good plus a supplemt called 5hpt as long as you are not on any anti depressants .

Wonder if its ok to take the valaneria root or maltoine with it  i know i spelt it wrong ...Its funny how these things work during the day i need them every few hours last dose around 6 or 7 pm then for 12 or 13 hours nothing ...and never miss it or i dont think i do no w/ds during that time i am mostly sleepinh though 7 hours

to come off of loratb and percoset... been taking them for 3 or 4 years started with 10mgs a day now up to 40 to 60mgs a day...Gonna taper off before i quit...Gonna start taper on wednesday when i get my meds...
