being that my wife is feeling like she is right now not wanting to be with me its time i take this opp. to go get help ive decided to go to detox in the morning that way im not thinking about my wife so much i can focus on myself and i think ill do alot better that way. im dont i cant take this no more. its killing me , im not myself im ruining my life 1 pill at a time the only way ill get off this **** is to go to a place where there are ppl like my and ppl to help me get through this with a med staff to take care of me. im still scared but im more scared of dyign from these pills and loosing my wife for good its time i took control

Yes BULLDOG - you just decided a short time ago that since she was gone you would take care of yourself. Since she says "We'll see" I think that means she wants to see you as your old self - and you can get back to your old self. You will get the old self that she married back and life will go on ...........breath in ....... breath out .......and take a step....................keep moving forward ............... best of luck to both you and the wife. We put our loved ones through quit a tumble when we let the pills win ..... eagle

I don't know if she still loves you, but if she is saying let's see where things are when you get out, I'm betting she probably loves the old you, the one who is not addicted to drugs - the one who was strong for her and was able to go to when she needed you.  Either way, you NEED to do this for you, nobody else!  Once you are strong again - you can decide how you want your life to go!  You can do it!!!!

thank u and i just called my wife and told her i was so sorry and she said well she how things are when you get out do you think she still loves me. and if i have to go to the er ir where ever im getting the hell off these things nomatter what i have to do

Sweetie, if you want inpatient help and are not able to get someone to take you right away, then walk into any ER and they will help you!

You can do this BULLDOG - and if necessary it can be done at home. Stay tough! Maybe try not to burn any bridges for a month or two - you will make better decisions in a short while. I am even betting that the wife comes back, if thats what you desire.........
