Day 26 and must say I feel great

First and foremost I would just like to say thank you to all that supported me through my horrible journey for the last 26 days.  I am now sleeping really well and no more anxiety.  I finally got it through my head that the way I feel is normal.  After being on percs for so long I forgot what it was to actually feel.  WOW how much clearer things are for me.  I always thought those little pills helped me get motivated, but looking back I wasn't motivated at all, just high!  For anybody starting c/t you can do it, there will be days that you feel like it will last forever, but you need to stay positive and strong and get through it, because there is a light at the end of the tunnel.  On my way to a beautiful future.....

Some days the energy is there and some days its not.  But everyday keeps getting better.  I just stay as busy as possible and when I don't feel motivated I go for a walk or listen to music.  It comes from within and you have to stay positive and know that your body takes time to heal from that nasty stuff.  I wish you and your wife the best..

do you have all your energy back?  im around the same day as you but me and wife ct'd 110mg of methedone. i feel great physically other than i get winded after a short walk.. and befor i was working 14-15 hr days doin construction.

Congrats!!!  and I know exactly how you feel!! I am at 10 days clean today and i already feel normal......and I know what you mean by you thought they motivated you, last night I told my husband the house is cleaner now then when we were taking our little energies(vics) every day. I am happy to hear things are going great for you.  I tell you those opiates are no joke! They are like little demons! I am still having issues with waking up every night around 2:30 am until 3:45 am from rls, but other then that I am good.
