depression

So this is day 4 for me without any painkillers. Just wanted to know if depression is a major withdraw effect. I like keep crying for no reason. I'm a wreck. I'm on paxil but I don't think enough. When I called for a higher dose I almost started crying again!!  Anyone have this?  How long will it last?

Thomas recipe and amino acids if your blood pressure is good to go, mine isn't all that great and I was still ok to take them.

Muscle blast has a lot of amino acids and has vitamins/protiens and tastes really really good. It tastes kind of like cake mix to me, but not in a sick way.

Please stay on this, and keep us updated, if you need to talk, drop me a message.

Day 2 or day 3, ( I have to look) I cried, and I LOVED it. I cried for my first time in years. The emotional edge has stoped for me, I am on day 5 now. I have a headache, I still feel a little leathargy, and sometimes the chills really get me, but for the most part, it's done. I am doing work on and off all day for the last couple days. Exercise if you can because for me, it did wonders. You do know of the stuffs to take that is natural like what jrizzy303 had said right?

The stuff should do way more for you than paxil. I am not in any way saying to stop taking paxil, that is for your doctor to say or not say, I am just letting you know, there is other stuff you can take that should help A LOT.

Dang this board, no matter how hard I try to stay away, if I am not working or doing my college work......or with my wife.........I am here.

I don't mind it, but jeesh, it's cool as long as I am not neglecting the number one person in my life.

Ok, going for a small walk around the pool.........five times LOL

Hi Bumpy_Road.. Congrats on day 4 !! You are just about over the worst of the physical wd and Yes depression mood swings and crying are all a part of the process.. If you can force yourself to exercise walk anything that gets you moving will help with this.. getting those feel good endorphins pumping again is important.. you have been replacing them with the opiates and our brain needs to catch up you may want to look at the Amino Acid Protocol on the bottom right of the forum peps swear by it for energy and all around well being.. You are doing good Keep looking forward and soon the emotions will be behind you.. lesa

Yeah its only normal. The first few days I was depressed. Once you start gettin the drugs out of your system it will get better. I am on a natural pill called sam-e for mood support and joint comfort. Hang in there it will all get better soon your almost done with detox. Keep up the good work.
