It does take execise............and just plain old time without using. I feel that some supps and proper nutrition will really help things along. Consensus seems to indicate that it takes a full 6 months to reset receptors adequately.
Maybe another run :) Remember this is only temporary...
Yes it takes time think of all of the damge you have done to your body it takes time to undo it .
So it seems like exercise is what works... I started running last night, and I want pills today. I guess it takes time patience and frustration.
i used to have all this pain in my back. started working out and power walking and the pain is gone, plus it's empowering to strengthen the body. i am ready for the gardening to begin. that is my main buzz. getting down in that dirt and see what we come up with. sway
I have to agree with all the above.. exercise and I picked up a hobby.. Photography... I swear I get higher then I did on pills when I see a shot and it comes out well.. Gardening outside really helps to calm me and makes me feel good.. fresh air does wonders.. Hope you find what brings you joy.. lesa
retrain though process with the steps
I don't know much about the medical side of it,but I do know that ,for me, the thing that gets me feeling that 'warm and fuzzy' feeling all over now is exercise.A brisk walk, doing lots of things around the house, playing with the grandkids.I have a physical job so I get a lot of exercise when I'm working too........Kim
Exercise helps alot there are some supplements that help speed up the process then of course it just takes some time but it does happen :)
