I agree completely. Whenever I answer to a post I always try and stress exercise. It really helps release those natural endorphins that make us feel so good. I'm sure you've heard of "runner's high". It's a natural high people get from exercise and that's why some become addicted to it. I've been through withdrawals both ways, laying around waiting it out and have exercised. When laying around all you do is sit there, feel miserable, and think about using. When exercising it speeds up the whole process, takes our mind off of using, and just makes us feel all around better.
It makes a world of difference!
That's what i'm wondering, I know tomorrow wil be hell, and i went for a run yesterday and today. My back and legs are aching but i dont want to lay around all day feeling miserable.
Back and leg pain are very common during withdrawals even if just laying around. I found that running actually helped the restless legs that we tend to get while withdrawing. Be sure to eat healthy and drink plenty of good fluids. Have you checked in to the amino acid protocol? It really does help. I think it also helps mentally as we are still stuffing pills down our face! The good thing is they are healthy for us! Just keep going strong and stay as positive as you can. You will make it through this!

Hell yeah!!! Exercise helps for sure!!! You gotta make your heart pump and your body sweat... If you can't exercise maybe you can sauna??? 20-30 min, you'll sweat it up like a hog on a fire!
At the very least, that's 30 minutes to the gym, 1 hour there, 30 minutes back... 2 hours you didn't get high. Plus you'll be tired and hungry at night, guess what... Sleep!
If you need some help with a workout or exercise regime lemme know I can help ya out.
