Guess it's jump time finally

Hello everyone,
Here we go now. Lost most both parents now and they are with The Good Lord.
Now is time for me to clean it up!! Only 8-10 a day for about, for a long time.
Time to make a new life!!
Gotta jump!! Was ready last year but mom killing herself kinda messed me up. Dad died 1 year & 9 days later. August kinda ***** for me but I'll get over it.
Just hope to make some new friends and maybe find a few old.
Jump starts when the last two pills are gone

God bless y'all

Welcome back, Michael...!!!  It's good that you are ready to do this again and realize tapering doesn't work for you.  You said you were jumping when your last 2 pills are gone.  Is that today?

You've been around before so you probably already know about all the things you can do ahead of time to prepare for detox.  Laying in supplies and getting ready to hunker down and do it.  YOU CAN DO IT.....you've had a while to process all the tragedy...and you sound ready....your Mom would be SO PROUD!!  Even if she couldn't find her way out of the addiction trap....YOU CAN!!!

Hope you have cut ALL your sources for pills, told your dr., etc. and can get some aftercare of some kind lined up.  We're here rootin for you...glad you're back and ready to set yourself free~

Vicaphroine and lortab and soma.
My back is said to be blown. Whatever. But it did bite hard today.
Thanks for info. I'll get some.
I figure I'm taking mess and still hurt, mays well not take the dang pills and still hurt. At least I save 700 a month and got to feel better.
Not felling strong right now. Means it's time to do this.
Thank you much.

PS-I'm so sorry about your mother. I can't imagine your pain. But I do know the pain of NEVER having a mother, she died of brain cancer when I was 2. I never got over it. Life s**cks so bad sometimes, but since I got off the pills, instead of pining over her loss, I am trying to celebrate her life. Just be grateful you had the years you had with her. Try and remember the good stuff!! You can do this!!

You didn't specify what kind of pills you were taking, but I'm assuming opiates. I also was on oxis/trams/vicodin for years also. I agree with all the others that wrote before me, but I have spinal stenosis and sciatica, buldging disks, so I feel your pain for sure. But what no one has mentioned that was a godsend to me was hot Epsom salt baths. They have plain, or aromatic scents. I love the Lavender. It comes in a small bag, so maybe buy a couple. Then put a cup of the salts in a hot bath, and you will feel so much better. Take as many baths as you need.  The magnesium I heard, takes the toxic stuff out of your body and helps with rls and pain in general. So, add that to your list. It really helps me, I still take one a day because of my pain. Have faith and know that you DO have the strength to get through the w/d symptoms! God Bless You!!
