Day 10 I'm still in a fog and dizzyness

Well it's day 10 and i'm still in a fog and I get dizzy alot with mild headaces is this normal for were im at in my recovery Iv never gone this long clean sso I dont know what to exspect.

yes,like eagle says make sure you are eating right and take vitamins ...you need to replenish your body especially now..it will make a difference

Day 10 should get you well into the end, if not at the end, of the withdraw cycle. Thats a good amount of oxy - but no record. Use 800mg ibuprofen for pain and be sure to eat properly after deox  ,,,,,,, way too easy to let yourself go right now when you need to give your body a chance to rebuild itself.  And this is never popular - but exercise is one of the top ways to  both get back in shape quickly. I was taking 120-150 oxycodone a day give or take I sometimes mixed with vicodin I just wonder if this is normal in rehab I'm sure Im over the WDs u think??

What was your DOC? Sounds like methadone to me - but try and get a little more specific about strength and number of pills per day - and what they were.  Enough information to help you look at things - - - good luck to you!  Reply with info - -
