That's all I can say having a moment.... Gotta make my life what I want it... Like all u say take em as spells of feeling again but they feel like sh1t.... I want it over as fast as possible to be me again but at moments those endorphins just aren't there n ur not able to keep em pumpkin at all times but they say its quickest way back to normal....

Heathers a fckn monster she worked 12 he's three days a week during odone withdrawals... Props to her.... I might of worked out n sweat n push hard like a lot of methadone withdrawlees don't from start but no WAY could I of been like hey boss... You go girl!

Thanks man... As I said the nights are the lonliest... I'm 100times better than day 3 just "feeling more" includin reality YIKES.... But I pushed it outta me days ago sweat in n drinking water n work in outfall day.... I JUST TO WANT SOMETHING IM ANCY TO START OVER IM ALOT BETTER ACTUALLY JUST WAT NOW? Don't drive me more stuck at house...its like uuugh I wanna go to a gym... N use a sauna n workout
