addiction again

have been clean from painkillers (due to many surgeries) for almost 2 years now. My  question is I've been abusing Adderall 30mg. Only have 4 left before my renewed prescription next month. Does anyone know about the withdrawal symptoms? I'm scared, but am thinking that my clonazepam would help. I have plenty refills on it but don't take it often. Would that help me to get through this. "'m almost 66, widowed and I was taking adderall to keep me busy and "happy?" Please help!!

Adderall speeds you up and wakes you up... if you do not have it you will be sleepy... very, very, very sleepy and have a hard time waking up. Without it you will be dragging for sure.  Good luck and if you want to talk please do not hesitate to write me. I am here if you need me.

Those that take the recomended dosage usually do not suffer WD  However, If you have been abusing the drug by taking to much of it you could suffer WD such as extreme fatigue, depression and changes in heart rythm.  I would call your doctor and tell him what is going on.  You don't want to suffer like this everytime you run out.

Adderall is a cakewalk compared to opiates.  You will be just fine.  Kids stay on adderall and still get into Harvard--in fact, kids are purposefully getting on adderall to improve their grades.

Coming off something like adderall is in no way, shape or form as hard as painkillers so I know you can do it.  Just drink lots of juice, have some tylenol just in case.

You'll be fine, honey.
