k guys i'm getting there. The methadone must stay in ur system for a while cus only now (24 hours later) are the w/d's starting to set in. I'm hoping i've already gone through the worst and the meth masked it. My b/f is doing well too. We had a couple of arguments earlier tonight, but quickly made up cus we didn't wanna cause eachother to relapse.

So i'm heading to bed now. I'm just scared to death i'll awake with the damn RLS. I almost think i'd rather the the muscle aches. I've heared alot about this drug called "Legaflex" ive asked my phamisist about it but she had never heared of it. (i'm from canada ) so i dont know if this is a drug that u can only get in the states?

I was just wondering if there are any other OTC medication that u can get for the RLS.

I'VE BEEN ON HEROIN FOR ABOUT THREE YRS NOW.. AFTER HAVING 4YRS CLEAN.. I FIND IT VERY HARD TO STAY CLEAN AGAIN.. I TAKE SUBOXONE  FOR A COUPLE OF DAY'S TO PREVENT WD'S BUT YET I STILL GO BACK TO USING THE HEROIN.. IT'S LIKE I JUST CAN'T STOP!... WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ??? PLEASE CAN SOME ONE HELP ME???

Hi Beaten the first time I talked to you was weeks ago so I was confused by this thread until I read your other posts. I thought you had been taking Meth all this time for the last three weeks or so.

Well good luck with everything I hope your withdrawals are very slight. If they get so bad that you might buy oxys again remember how my boyfriend and I got off which was probablly seven weeks ago now. 25 mg meth day 1. 20 mg meth day 2. 15 mg meth day 3. 10mg meth day 4. 5 mg meth day 5. After day 5 we stopped taking Meth and we skipped over all the withdrawal symptons. In 6 days we were off both pills and have not had any withdrawals in the last 7 weeks at all. All it took was 5 days and 48 dollars worth of Meth. We have so much extra money now that we stopped taking pills we don't know what to buy. We can pretty much go anywhere or buy anything we want and the hold time we were on oxys we had no money whatsoever.

What the hell. You are not supposed to take the methadone for more than 5 or 6 days and you have to lower the methadone does 5mg each day. I explained this to you! Lucky for you, you were only taking Meth for a few weeks. The withdrawals wont be that bad and shouldn't last more than a week probablly less then that. methadone has en extremely long half life.  intense withdrawls last around 3 -4 weeks.  if u can wean i HIGHLY suggest it.  i did cold turkey and the memory still haunts me.  good luck
