It may be a little easier since you did have some clean time in between. Granted, you will probably feel some discomfort. You just have to stay positive and realize that with each passing day it will get better and better.
Make sure you are exercising. I know it may seem impossible to muster up the energy to do so, but force yourself even if it's just a short walk around the block. It really helps speed up the whole process. Also be sure to drink plenty of water to flush your system and eat healthy. If it's hard to eat make sure you are drinking protein shakes so you are still getting nutrients. Check in to the amino acid protocol in the health pages. It lists some vitamins and supplements to take to get your body back on track. I feel it also helps mentally as we are still taking pills, the difference is they are healthy pills!
When your body aches or when you have the chills, take a very hot bath. Take as many as you feel you need during the day. If you feel like getting in the tub, take 10 baths in a day if you need to. Take ibuprofen for the aches and keep taking the immodium as needed.
Make sure you aren't laying around dwelling on how you feel. This will just lead you to think about the pills and how one will make you feel better when actually it will just make things worse. Try and pick up a few hobbies. I did puzzles while going through withdrawals. They really helped take my mind off of things. Try reading a good book or watch some funny movies. Just do anything to keep the mind occupied!
Most importantly keep a  strong and positive attitude. Remind yourself that failing is not a option. Tell yourself constantly that you are not gonna let a stupid little pill control your life! Stay strong, fight the urges, and you will be able to put all of this in the past before you know it! You can and will make it though!
Best of luck!
Brian
