any helpful info?

Hi, I have just weened myself off of three 20mg oxycontins plus 2 to 3 10 mg norcos a day. I have been on pain medication for about 15 years on and off ....mostly on. It started with vicodin then extra strength vicodin then to norcos then about 4 years ago the oxycontin. I recently have been on the amount I stated for 2 or 3 years. I have been off of all pills for about 2 days now but I feel really extremely weak. I think I might have some liver or kidney damage because I in the past year and a half, have gotten these dark marks under my arm pits. They started red but then lessened. I wanted to know what I could do to help the weakness and if anyone else has gotten that  redness. I don't have insurance anymore to go to the doctor. Thank you for any helpful advice

well that is alot of years!!!  congradulations!!

so now you just have to get real healthy. i started the aminos when i quit and i can really tell the difference after a year if i stop taking them. they heal your brain and make my thinking real clear and faster.

probiotics (good bacteria) well help to straighten out your digestive and help you to absorb nutrients better. i would not advise a real strict cleansing right now because your body is too full of toxins still. a really good diet of raw vegtables and fruits would help to cleasne your body and make you feel good. and of course some supplements (vitamins). it is almost impossible to eat all that we need because the food is so poor.

also caffiene is going to drag you down. maybe one cup of coffee in the morning and that is it.

i weaned off of vicodins from a 4 year habit and did all this health stuff. i was feeling fantastic after 3 weeks only.

since you do not have insurance anymore you should google those symptoms and try to find out what is causing them. i have never heard of it.

good luck on your new life. give it some time to heal up. lots of sleep. that is when our body does it's healing. and congrats again on 2 days!!
