Yes you can! Go to a health food store and ask for it. I can only handle one since I'm sensative to caffiene since ive been on hydrocodone. But it helps. Good luck and yes keep posting! it helps! Good luck:)

Hi, and thanks again.  My question is about the L-tyrosine..  can you buy this over the counter?  I wanted to let you know that I did go ahead and order the "withdrawl-ease".  I have about 10 packets of the suboxone 8mg film left and now it's time to taper off!  This morning I took about 4mg of suboxone 1 mg of xanex, and my tegretal (mood stable), also smoked a bowl of some really good nugs+ a cigarette.  I am going for- thats all I need for the day.  I will continue to keep in touch for support, thank you so much. :)

I tried getting the amino acid protocol online on gnc and it was over $150!! The Thomas recipe didnt work for me but I also take the L-tyrosine with the wothdrawak ease for an extra boost! And the Thomas or amino acid didn't have anything for night time. Melatonin did work for me either.  Good luck!! Keep posting we are always here and there's usually always someone on no matter what time!

It works but you can buy all the ingredients you need separate and prob save 30-40$. Calcium magnesium zinc are very important. Vitamin b is good and a multivitamin.

Im using it right now. I would get potassium, and magnesium as well. I also got the 5 HTP. I tapered to a very low dose of 3/4 a day  and took withdrawal ease 4 days before quitting hydrocodone. Good luck to you!! It helped md st night too!
