Well I had a week off,day 5 no dope and back to work today,going in clean.I'm sure I'll have lots of triggers. Feeling pretty good but a little shakey,I can work my *** off when medicating.They will think I'm stoned today,dragging around,lots of breaks not gettin nothing done.Going to be a basket case tonight,I know -bad attitude,I'll make it thru!

so glad you made it! nicely done :) I agree...we all start off taking "medicine" and it turns out to be wicked to the core. its so very sad to me what these drugs have done to sooo many people. hope tomorrow is even better for you!

Thanks for checking in with me this morning,really helped.I made it YEAH!! still kickin and somethings were better but felt every bone in my old body and ran out of gas about 1 hour before quitting time but eghh- not bad.Looked up my post,found it on page two.I am always shocked by all the people dealing with this and this is only one site.How could something that does so much good do so much harm?-Thanks again

Good luck today. Hang in there. It might be good to take your mind off things. I can totally relate. when i was using i was a machine. cranked out work like nobody's business. On day 9 I am still doing my job well. actually better than before, just at a slower pace. Attitude is eerythting, my friend.  Be proud, feel the good health and clear mind. Wish you all the best!!

i think you'll be surprised at how well you are going to do once you get there. I was scared to death to go to work but I found once I was there and clean I felt empowered and more motivated than I had been for a long time,so good luck to you and keep us posted
