better today i guess

im on day 8 off oxys, roxis, perk and sobox. i feel alot better today than yesterday. just allittle foggy and the headache. som chills. i went to work today, like i always do, and it really wasn't too bad(per say).i got good sleep last night thanks to magnesium and melatonin. should i worry about taking those to sleep?i just feel guilty taking anything to make my body do what its suppose too. i'm obviously set on being clean. just wanted to let everybody know that has been helping me thru this. you've all been a great help! im staying possitive and i hope that if anyone that is just starting a detox like me reads this and knows it will get easier. it will take time but it will only get better. i can feel it!

Melatonin should be fine. It's not addictive, but anything can be habit forming so just make sure that you don't take it longer than a month or so. And stay positive, you sound like a very upbeat and optimistic person, and that will help you so much during this time! Congratulations!

first off, congrats on day 8, seems like the worst part is behind you!!!

second, i'm not a doc, but I'm pretty dure your body naturally produces Melatonin, so I dont think it's bad for you to take. I dont think it's habit forming like those prescription sleep pills. Same with the Magnesium...

You're doing Great!
