can cps take my kids over suboxone in my system?

i have a question, i lost my 4 kids about 2 years ago i got them back last year right befor xmas, i had a addiction to suboxone and i had perafaneila in my house and i was totally honest with the workers and the cops, i did the probation period and weve been left alone until now, i have messed up a few times and used but my kids were never with me and it was never in my home, my mom stopped by today and gave me a drug test and is threating to call cps on me for failing, can cps take my babies away again for suboxone being in my system?  i cant lose my kids again i wont be able to live with them gone i barley made it the first time.

CPS can come in any time there called if it was drugs you can bet your bibpy they will do a drug test on you if your in a program your probably ok they look at the programs as the solution not the problem but if your copping off the street then your breaking the law and in violation ov cps guidelines....im with the above posters take the time to get yourself clean its hard but its doable then if cps comes out you will have nothing to worrie about do this mainly for you but do it for your kids also good luck and God bless.....Gnarly

Get some help with your addiction and you wont have to worry about losing your children.  Just becuz you dont use in front of your kids doesnt mean it is out of your system.  Take care of you~~sara

Was your mother put in charge of your sobriety??  Do Not let her do that again!   I see the point but you need to get clean and it can't be under threat from your mother.

What kind of paraphernalia?

Call some resources for help with this addiction. I don't know the terms of your probation but if it's over then it's over...she can't do anything BUT the drug use could get out of control...work on that right now. This is ALL about your children!!!

Not sure but if you feel you can't live without them than you need to do whatever it takes to stay clean. Seriously, pills are not worth loosing your kids over. You really need support, NA, drug counselor?
I know it's not easy to be an addict and put down the drugs but its a choice. And it can be done.
