Getting rid of the pills (harder said than done) is the only way to know you will not relapse at least initially.  Cutting all sources of the pills is the next step.  I know that is scary, but it truly is the only way to keep you on the road to getting clean.  I had to do it and it was the hardest thing I ever did.  I knew me well enough to know I would back pedal otherwise.

Whatever you do....I hope it is successful.  Getting clean is so hard, but so worth it.  Seeing it while withdrawal is hard.  I do get that!  Good luck!

My understanding is that we only count the days "clean". So, you were clean for five days and used for five days. There's no gray area here.

Are you going to continue taking a few everyday? It drags this out for you. Better to just stop now and be done with feeling crappy all the time.

Good luck!
