yup, thats all you can do is rough it out, only time will get you back to normal. a long term program and commitment to staying off the pills is a must, or you will be back on them.
good luck
thanks for the advice we will make it . no other way . n i dont type great 8yrs on n off mosty on .
12 years of use I take it?
I take it your sneezing alot. depending on how long and how much you took it could take awhile. your going to have about 10 things going on, and it may take awhile for them to subside. being on methadone and norcos, really messed me up.........I was sneezing quite alot for 3 weeks, and it took 2 months for me to totally shake the sneezes. not trying to scare you, but its best to know the truth. all the more reason for others that have just gotten hooked on pills, TO QUIT NOW !!! dont wait,it will be just worse later.
yea i know plumbers dont type alot not a bloger whatevre that is but thanks.
I'm gonna be honest...I almost have no idea what you just wrote. I can read "text" pretty well..but this has me stumped. Sentences with a lack of "periods" just throw me for a loop. I am guessing you're asking about the "sinus" part of withdrawals. It does feel like hayfever in the beginning..but, rectifies with time. Just hang in there. 8 days is great..but not nearly enogh time to get ris of the physical withdrawal symptoms.
