Hang in there you're almost the worst. I'm on day 7 and the rsl has eased up but still looking forward to sleep and energy. It does get better everyday I thought everyone was crazy but it really does. I'm still having loose bowls but it's gotten alot better. Hang in there

Hi and welcome add

As steven mentioned hot baths and showers works a treat, but also try magnesium and a multivitamin. If you are not sleeping much because of it try to get a OTC sleeping aid to use for a few days

I'm tapering down from taking 35 neurofen plus a day currently on 10 at the moment and I have the leg pains, runs and not really sleeping to well.

Keep us updated on your progress and keep posting it does help to write on here.
