Hi everyone! I just wanted to let you all know that I am still going strong! I have had some tough times and my grandfather that I have been caring for (see my journal) finally decided to take the trip to heaven. Despite dealing with all that comes along with processing a loved ones death, the funeral, financial business and a computer crash (thus the 2 weeks of no posts) I am still off of the Norco. The first 2 weeks were the hardest and then it became habit NOT to take a pill every morning. I am still super stressed out and over burdened but being off the Norco has enabled me to be more present, feel more pain, but also move through things more quickly. I find I am not swelling on the negative as much and I definitely enjoy the positive experiences in each day. I hope you are all well and another big thanks to you all. Almost a month! You can all do it!!!

Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Those who taper are the strong ones! C/T is hard but tapering takes will power. Kudos to you!
WOW! Congratulations! It's a great feeling, isn't it? I'm still on my tapering schedule as I'm not strong enough to go c/t from my doc, but KUDOS to you!!
How about a BIG Hooray!!!!!! Congrats on 16 days!!!!! You are doing great. Just keep fighting and stay strong. sara
