its just a number. no way. its a whole year without any oxyi.  1000 pills not taken. from not getting out of the house to building a house tomorrow we pour the foundation floor then framing at the end of the week. i am alive. to you just starting this road its worth it. the battles hard but so is taking the the drugs. get your life back don't take dope.

everyone out there keep up the fight.you can have a new life.you need a new life.you deserve a new life.every day is a battle i fight pain every day but i fight not with drugs.i do yoga every day i go to the gym 3 times a week and i use fragrant heart .com for mediatation.its free.try it.if you can get into it it really helps.try short ones at first.same with yoga 5 minutes at first now i do 45 min what ever you can do it helps.i love the support i have here.i need you all and together we can have a much better quality of life drug free.decide your not going back and just go foward one day at a time.
