day two...
Oh boy day two is here. I woke up yesterday fed up beyond belief with these vics and percs and having them run my life. Got rid of every single one of them while I still had the strength. This ***** to say the least. At work, running crazy temp swings, back aches, legs ache and so depressed I can't even see straight. Any words of wisdom or knowledge. I have 2 chlonodine (sp..?). Hear that helps with the hot and cold thing?
1. call in sick (it won't be the end of the world)
2. use ibuprofen 600 mg every 6-8 hours (with food or crackers)
3. get an antihistamine for sneezing or runny nose, such as over the counter zyrtec or claritin
4. drink a lot of fluids and take a good quality b vitamin.
5. please hang in there, I'm routing for you

Yep....pretty crazy. I get home and my wife has to go to work and so I am on deck with my kids. It's not pretty.....
