does and one know how long it  take to get my engery level back. and brain functions back. i have been off tramdol now for 6 days, still feel week and fuzzy . thank you.

I was on Klonopin for years. When I broke off it took a couple of months for me to feel good again. My brain had to start producing my good brain chemicals again. The meds let my brain take it easy and slow production. It takes time for the brain to kick in again. I was very weak and exhausted all the time. Felt I was in a haze. Talk to your doc. you may need to slow and taper off slow. I made and you will too.

hi and welcome to MH. congratulations on your 6 clean days. that is awesome. the mind,body,soul,spirit and emotions will take a few months to completely heal. 30,60,90 days are the usual milestones in recovery.  maintain a healthy diet, take vitamins,exercise.
have you considered aftercare? counseling,therapist,addiction specialist,na/aa,church,support groups? to prevent relapse
