What do you do with the runny nose, chills, etc?  I am trying to  get this outta my system for good but is difficult!

be careful with otc sleep aids or benadryl if you are getting rls symptoms... for many people they make the rls and sleeplessness worse.

i found reading post during my wds helped me soooooo much...before i knew it a couple hours would pass by and i would feel better knowing that i wasn't the only person dealing with this!

Take some over the counter meds for sinus it will help drink niquil at night to help sleep and take some tylenol motrin for the pain...It will be over soon....just think you have probably felt worse when you had a bad cold or a flu but this mess you brought on yourself lets hope its the last time getting sick is due to your own abuse.  I am on day 3 and it's not so bad I have just been taking what I can including valium to keep the sick off..I am not feeling that bad and have felt worse even on the vic's I have a clear mind which is worth everything to me right now. Hang in there you can do it and you will have peace of mind money in your pocket and a chance to feel again.

you might try a benadryl for the runny nose or tylenol pm might help with chills and runny nose.

hi and welcome to the forum...sounds to me like your well into withdrawals so best bet
is get into a hot bath as hot as you can stand it ....it will remove that bone chilling feeling
benadryl helps with the runny nose you may want to look at the health pages top right
on your screen ...there alot of good info there other then that your just going to have to be ok without being ok for a few days usually around 5 days with day 3 and 4 being the worst ...YOU CAN DO THIS  just hang tuff ...if you believe in god its a good time to pray
hes all you got at 3am dont under estimate the power of prayer..good luck and keep posting...I found reading post very soothing will going thew withdrawals so try that

7-10 days at most.  The worst is usually over in 2-5 days.
