Any suggestions, I've been one week now.  Supplemented with valium and temazapan.  It's been bad.  I'd love to hear any tips anyone has for making things better.

I've been clean 6 days now and was detoxed on Suboxon and phenabarbatrol, I chose to stop taking all meds that I was on that were habit forming. It has not been easy, that's the biggest thing to realize. U will not be better overnight as u did not become an addict over night. Lean on ur support network it makes is easier to cope if ur not doing it alone. Reach out to other recovering addicts, I have found an NA chatroom that has been a life saver. Give urself permisiion to heal and be easy on urself, slowley u willl begin to love urself and eventually forgive urself. If u evver need to talk leave me a message and I will get back to u.
