how to survive

how will i survive these withdrawals ? This is my third one in a year.my mind is screaming to just let go of this life.There is so much pain in my whole spine due to my degeneritive disc desease that i can't even seem to write this without getting words wrong.I have been on ALOT of pain killers and i always overdose.I have become allergic to all opiates and now sit here with sleeping pills,booze and can't decide.I am 40 and i can't pull out of the thought of never being able to take any kind of drugs due to my over dosing. I don't know if anyone can help me here but the dr.s in this
is   area don;t give a dame.Just needed to write a little i guess.But if you wish to comment you may.

i will try to find someone here.But oh how many time i have been down this road dear.,and now i sit here with everything i need to go away from this pain.I'm filled with such shamness and guilt and the end is in my shadow all the time .Thanks for you reply

i need to get on i know,but i am in my own little pity party lol.My boby and brain are so worn out.I did manage to get through the rest on my own.I miss them so bad.My life has not been a happy one cause i also have cronic depression to go with this messed up head. Too much has happened and i am VERY tired of always having to get rid of something.God this is so mentally hard this time.I miss the high.Thanks though for your reply so fast.

Ok, hun...deep breaths. You might not feel like you have a choice, but you do. You can choose life. Just for today you don't have to continue this horrible self-destructive cycle. I was abusing my pain meds also, first because my pain was awful, but then just not caring how many I took. I also have degenerative disk disease, bulging disc, scoliosis, and a syrinx - all at the same level of the spine. It *****, a lot. I know how it feels to want to kill yourself because the pain is so bad that the meds won't touch it. I don't know if you can find a NA meeting this weekend, but maybe you should check it out. I went to my first one a month ago, and I have not abused my meds since then. I have had to take them for pain and wisdom tooth surgery, but I have someone I trust giving them to me.Hang in there...you're worth it!

You can DO THIS !!!! There is not a doctor here but there are many people that have been right where you are thinking we cant do it another day but you can .You have a son that needs you and you need to live. If you have been drinking plz do not take the sleeping pills.The best thing to to would be to dump both .If you scroll down on the right side you will see something that says "Thomas recipe " many of us here have used it to get threw WD.Your pain level always seem far worse when you first detox because your body wants it fix .It does get better I as well have chronic pain problems my pain (most of the time ) is far less then it was when I was using drugs .talk to us we will help you threw.
