does valerian root or 5 htp cause stomach cramps an pains?

sounds like a stupid question lol
but all i took yesterday was imodium valerian root an 5 htp and my god i had severe stomach cramps all night personally i think it was the imodium so ive layed off them but just wondered if it could be the others before i take anymore.

exactly what i thought about the imodium it is supposed to help lol oh well something aint right i guess masking it with the codeine wasnt helping at all we shall c lol

I'm not sure about the valerian root or 5 htp but immodium usually helps with stomach cramps and other stomach issues such as pain, bloating, etc. Maybe it was something you ate or just your stomach acting up.
