Suboxone Free for 1-month TODAY - Forward Help???

I took 8mg of Suboxone and 2 tablets of Ultram or Tramadol for about 7-months.  I went cold turkey on 3/9 - it's my one month anniversary!!!!  It seems my feet are always cold.  Does does anyone have any historical suggestions that may help with the anxiety, laziness, depression.... how much longer before I start to feel better most of the time versus my now blahhhh feeling?  I'm walking and trying to stay active with excersize - that is difficult though.  Am I overdoing it with too much excersize - should I listen to my body - sleep when I'm tired?????

Anyone who has been through this can certainly help me!!!

The thomas recipe plus exercise can help..or it did me...tyrosine was great for energy..it is in the health pages,..good luck to u

I don't know very much about sub, but have heard it can be very difficult to come off for many. Look at the amino acid protocal in the health pages, it can really help. Someone will come along to give you some more advice, but I wanted to say congrats on a month clean, that is huge. It will get better, but it takes time. For me, i started to notice a lot of positive changes around a month clean and you will too. Stay strong
