mild w/d after day 6?

Hi. I'm new to posting but been viewing for about 6 months. I had a three + year spurt with vics. I had my first kidney stone 3+ years ago that festered for about 2 weeks...that was the start. I got put on vics (750) and the fun began. I continue to have stones in the range of 7 or 8 to date. I was taking 28 a day up until sunday. I quit ct. Day 1 sucked, day 2 better and day 3 gone. Even thou I smoke (cigs) I'm pretty healthy. I run 3 miles every morning and work out.
I also quit cigs the same day I quit the pills. Today is day 6 and the only symptom is the sleep. please don't take this the wrong way, day 1 and 2 I had the flu but after that kinda normal.

Does anybody think the working out and running has some effect on the w/ds. I eat very good and have been taking vitamins forever. Just wondering and maybe this could possibly help with others. By the way, even on day 1 and 2 ii still mustered the energy to work out. I noticed a big difference after running too on the first couple days.

Hope this helps and congrats to everybody that has put the devil in the toilet.
C~

Yes!  I think that exercise, good food, fluids....all the healthy stuff is good during WDs.  That is what we tell everyone on here!  I'm so glad you posted this, because we preach it all the time, but few people actually feel like or make themselves do it!

Congrats on your clean time!!!  Keep it going!
