so I have been off the patch for 25 hours and I have sever pain, I been very cold and skin is crawling.

Today was the first day in 5 years I feel good except for the pain in my back.I did get an appointment with Neurosurgeon for Monday. Finally I should get the answer I need. I promise you all even if I have to have surgery I will never go on any opiates again in my life. This was a battle with my mental and physical state that I would never wish on anyone. If I could do this Cold Turkey and still be here feeling like I did before Mentally you all can do this just remember it a substance that mess up the chemicals that your body will normally produce. I have to admit there are times that you seem you cant do it but the more that medication is coming out of your bodies the more mentally you want your life to end. Please never take your life away over a substance. You may feel like death and believe me I did. But there is a shinning light at the end. Please everyone take the 2 weeks and clean your body from these toxin that it seems all Doctor's answer to fixing medical problems and covering up what they should be doing is treating and studying on how to fix our problems with natural substances instead of big corporation greed to push a pill down our throats. Good Luck to you all who are out here and on here trying to get the help you need. I know I couldn't afford to get the help I need by going into a hospital or rehab because of financial burden. Hang in there and keep writing whats going on with you it helps to write and get your feeling out. This is a big success for me to be clean from these toxins. had a break down and told all the governmental people off, I had my hearing moved up because I told them my death will be on the shoulder an I will make sure to haunt them, first time they all answered my calls.

well if it not one thing it another. I went to get my Norco refilled and was told US Labor cancelled me. I can't afford 385 dollars for a medication. Thank God I came of the duregsic because it was 1050 dollars. I have Xanax to get me through another battle of coming off the Norco after 5 year, I am really hating our Government.

Hey Hun please force yourself to eat small amounts every couple of hours it will make you feel so much better. I am glad you got to the beach today. The sun helps you during detox. Have you gotten any protein drinks yet? Boost, ensure, or protein powder to make your own shakes?

its a battle but its a b**** also you have to be a strong will you mind will make  you write bad thing but that's the feelings you feel. I would never take my life but it feels that way at the time. no it was a good thing to say it make me cry and that help my eyes from burning .I feel the drug is coming out every hole in my body.I  did take a half of a Xanax .05 mlg . It is calming me down.
