I hope you're feeling okay? I know the W/Ds will be difficult. I hope you have a support system outside of this forum as well. That's important too.
Hang in there. Day 4 and 5 will be really tough so go get your "supplies" while you are still feeling decent. L-Tyrosene, bananas, immodium, motrin, melatonin for sleep, plenty of food. Wishing you the best. I am on day 7 and it still ***** but today is better than yesterday.

I went cold turkey off of 120 to 140 mg of hydro a day and what helped me alot with the RLS was to take a nice long hot bath with epson salt then I would wait like a half hour and have my husband rub muscle cream real hard into my arms and legs,then I would put icey hot sleeves(got 3 boxes at walmart)on my legs(knee area) and my arms(elbo),then I put a new bar of soap underneath my bottom sheet of my bed (where feet touch) and it worked a ton!I know it sounds odd and trust me I thought so too but it sure did work.If I ever go cold turkey again (tapering now)I wouldn't do it without those icey hot sleeves like 4 boxes.I hope you have some peace soon.

Great idea!! never even thought about those hot sleeves!!! My RLS was the worst symptom of all!!! Hope everyone reads this that has RLS!!
