I always have had leg cramps very bad and it was way before I started any drugs or stopped them. I read somehting in a magazine one time years ago and it said that believe it or not but avacado's work I don't know if I spelled that right, but anyway I starting eating a half of avacado a day and I have had very few leg cramps I know it sounds dumb I thought so when I read it but it did work. Hot showers and baths also help with the leg cramps. Unfortunately thats part of the price we pay. I hope you get feeling better and certainly try the magnesium. Also bananas can help as they have potassium which is also proven to help cramps. Drink lots of water as well.

I spoke with my pharmistist and he sugested magnisium supplament, and grator aid, the mag. helped me with the cramps so well i was able to drop any mussel relaxants. I hope this helps Good Luck my friend!!
