fortwin withdrawal

hello I have been injecting(IV) fortwin past 1 month about 5 to 6 ml a day , I wanna get rid of it what happens if I leave all of a sudden? do I have chance of getting fits or seizures

i am not that familuar with fortwin. i just know its a pain med and should be tapered, it was given to my aunt for kidney stone pain, i think you should check with a dr. best wishes.
